1. 14-day money-back guarantee
If the plugin is not the right fit, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first purchase. There are no long forms and you do not have to justify your decision in detail, though honest feedback helps us improve. Once your request is approved, we refund the full amount you paid to your original payment method.

2. How to request a refund
To start a refund within the 14-day window:
- Email support@onlineridebooking.com from the address on your account, or open a ticket from your dashboard.
- Include your order number or the email address used at checkout so we can locate the purchase.
- A short note on what did not work for you is welcome but not required.
- We review and process eligible requests within 5 business days of receiving them.
3. When you are eligible
- The request is made within 14 days of your first payment for the product.
- The purchase is a new subscription, not a renewal of an existing one.
- The license has not been used in a way that breaches our Terms of Service.
- The purchase was made directly through our website or portal. Purchases made through a third party are subject to that seller’s refund policy.
4. What is not covered
The 14-day guarantee does not apply to:
- Renewal charges. These are covered by the cancellation terms below, not by the new-purchase guarantee.
- Requests made after the 14-day window has passed.
- Fees charged by third-party services you connect, such as payment gateways, SMS providers, or mapping APIs. Those are billed by the provider, not by us, and must be addressed with them.
- Taxes, where they are non-refundable under the rules of your jurisdiction.
- Custom development, setup, migration, or other professional services, which are non-refundable once the work has been delivered.
- Cases of clear abuse of the guarantee, such as repeated buy-and-refund cycles.
5. Renewals and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically so your updates and support continue without a gap. You can cancel at any time from your account, and cancellation stops all future renewals while leaving your current period active until it ends.
To avoid a renewal charge, cancel before your renewal date. If a renewal is charged because a cancellation was missed, contact us within 5 days of the charge and we will review it in good faith.
6. How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through our payment processor. The amount is refunded in the original currency of the purchase. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take several business days for the credit to appear on your statement after we process it.
7. Effect of a refund on your license
When a refund is issued, the related license is deactivated. The plugin may stop receiving updates and support, and premium features may stop working on your connected sites. You are welcome to purchase again at any time if your needs change.
8. Billing problems and chargebacks
If you notice a billing error or have any concern about a charge, please contact us first. We can almost always resolve a billing issue faster than your bank can. Opening a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may result in your account and licenses being suspended while the dispute is investigated, since the funds are held by the card network during that time.
