Customer Profile & Accounts

The customer detail page and portal-account management.

The profile page

Click any customer to open their profile:

  • Contact — name, email (click to compose), phone (click to call), account type, company (when the customer belongs to a corporate), joined date, and the active/inactive badge.
  • Activity — lifetime bookings count, total spend, and last booking date. These roll up automatically as bookings complete; total spend is the number your "who are my best customers?" question needs.

Header actions: Back, Deactivate / Activate, Delete, and Enable Edit — which opens the same dialog used to create customers.

Add / edit dialog

First name, last name, and email are required — the email doubles as the portal login. Phone is optional. Then the account controls:

  • Password (add only) — leave blank to auto-generate a secure one.
  • Send welcome email — emails the customer a link to set their password and sign into the portal. On edit, the same checkbox re-sends the set-password / login link — your answer to "I can't log in."
  • Active switch — inactive customers can't sign into the portal; their history stays intact.

What the customer sees

The portal (/portal) shows their upcoming and past trips with live status, invoices with PDF download, their quotes, saved details for faster rebooking, and profile settings. No wp-admin, ever. Portal bookings prefill their contact details, and everything they book lands in your Bookings list like any other reservation.
