Settings

Ride Booking → Settings holds the plugin's configuration in nine tabs. One Save Changes button at the top saves everything you've edited across tabs.

The tabs

• Company — company details and logo used on invoice PDFs
• General — currency, formats, number prefixes, brand color, frontend admin portal
• Booking — booking rules, tax, and business hours
• Payment — payment methods, gateway credentials, checkout labels
• Preferences — gratuity and Meet & Greet add-ons
• Maps — Google Maps key, default map, service areas, route preferences
• Notifications — admin, driver, and customer notifications
• Email/SMTP — sender identity, SMTP, test delivery, log retention
• SMS — SMS provider, triggers, test delivery

First-time setup order

1. Company — so invoices carry your details from day one
2. General — currency and number prefixes (changing prefixes later doesn't renumber old records)
3. Maps — the API key unlocks address autocomplete, the route map, and distance pricing
4. Payment — connect your gateway and register its webhook
5. Booking and Notifications — tune rules and messaging
