Booking rules

Switches:

• Auto-confirm new bookings — skip the Pending step; every submission lands as Confirmed (and gets its invoice immediately)
• Enable return trip option — show return date/time on the booking form; a return leg books as a linked second booking
• Avoid tolls (Google Directions) — request toll-free routing when distances are calculated

Numbers:

• Min advance hours — earliest a pickup can be booked from now (default 2)
• Max advance days — how far ahead bookings are allowed (default 180)
• Cancellation window (hours) — how close to pickup customers may still cancel (default 24)
• Default tax rate (%) — applied on the price breakdown
• Booking number prefix — same setting as on the General tab, repeated here for convenience

Business hours

Pickup times on the booking form are limited to these hours; closed days are disabled in the calendar.

• Quick presets: Open all days (9–6), Weekdays only (9–6), Close all
• Per day (Monday–Sunday): a Closed switch plus Opens at / Closes at times in 15-minute steps
