Customers & Corporate

Customer records, portal accounts, and corporate agents.

Ride Booking → Customers is your client book, in two tabs: Customers (individual riders) and Corporate (agents — hotels, travel agencies, companies that book on behalf of others). One Add button follows the tab you're on: Add Customer or Add Corporate.

The customers list

Customers are created automatically on their first booking — every booking that comes through a form creates or updates a customer record — or by hand with Add Customer. Columns: Customer (name over email), Phone, Type (regular or corporate-linked), Bookings, Total Spend, Last Booking (hidden by default — enable it in the column picker), and Status. Live search covers name, email, and phone.

Each row's menu offers Edit (opens the profile), Deactivate / Activate — deactivating blocks the customer's portal login without deleting anything — and Delete, which removes the record while their bookings remain (they just lose the customer link).

Customer portal, in one sentence

Every customer can have a login to the frontend portal (/portal) where they see their trips, invoices, and quotes, manage their profile, and rebook with details prefilled — you create that login from the customer form's welcome email, covered on the profile page.

Corporate accounts, in one sentence

The Corporate tab manages agents with their own passenger roster, automatic discount, credit limit, consolidated invoicing, and a self-service agent portal — the full treatment is on its own page.
