Vehicles

Ride Booking → Vehicles is your fleet and your price list in one — every vehicle carries its own rates, and the booking form prices trips from them live.

The list

Photo thumbnail, name, type, capacity ("6 pax · 5 bags"), and a details column with year/make/model and the license plate. Search by name; row click opens the read-only view; the ⋯ menu has View / Edit / Delete (deleting keeps existing bookings' references).

Compliance warnings

Give each vehicle its tabs and inspection expiration dates and the list watches them for you: red "Tabs expired" / "Inspection expiring soon" warnings appear when a date has passed or falls within 30 days — visible in the screenshot above.

The view page

Clicking a vehicle shows everything read-only in the same four tabs as the editor, with the photo and status on the right and every configured service rate spelled out — handy for a quick rate check without edit access.

Ordering and visibility

Sort order controls the sequence on the booking form's vehicle step; the Active switch hides a vehicle from the form without losing its history.
