Vehicle pricing

The per-service pricing engine: rates, minimums, surcharges, add-ons.

Pricing is configured per service, per vehicle — your SUV can charge one rate for airport pickups and another for point-to-point, while your van prices hourly.

Pick a service in the strip (a green dot marks services already configured) and set its panel. Anything left blank simply isn't charged or falls back to the default — you only fill what applies.

Distance services

  • Price per km × the route distance the map calculated
  • Minimum fare — the floor; short trips never price below it

The Hourly service

  • Minimum billed hours — trips are charged at least this many hours
  • Tiered per-hour rates — a price for the 1st, 2nd, 3rd… hour. Leave an hour blank to reuse the previous hour's price, so "first hour 120, every additional hour 90" takes two fields. The trip total is the sum of the booked hours

Surcharges (any service)

  • Fuel surcharge % — added to every booking of the service
  • Card surcharge % — added only when the customer pays online by card
  • Each has its own "Show on frontend price summary" checkbox — charge silently or itemize openly

Stops & waiting (distance services)

  • Stop charge — per additional stop the customer adds
  • Waiting charge / min — per minute of scheduled waiting at a stop

Add-ons

  • Meet & Greet (Airport Pickup panel) — inherit the global setting, force on with a custom price, or force off for this vehicle
  • Gratuity — inherit global presets, set vehicle-specific preset percentages, or turn tips off

Airport fee (Airport Pickup panel)

Toggle the fee and set the amount — but it only charges on trips whose airport has "Airport fee" enabled in Airports & Airlines. Both switches must agree, so you can fee YYZ but not the island airport.

The guarantee

Whatever the form previews, the server recalculates every price at booking time from these settings — a tampered page can't change what gets charged.
