Booking Form
Booking Forms
Run one or many booking forms, each fully customizable.
Ride Booking → Booking Forms manages the forms customers book through. You're not limited to one — run a form per city, per service line, or per landing page, each with its own services, labels, style, and settings, and each with its own shortcode:

The list
ID, name, title, a click-to-copy shortcode, and status per form. Create Form asks only for a name and drops you straight into the editor. Deleting a form doesn't touch bookings made through it.
The editor
Six tabs, one Save Form button for all of them, and a Preview button that renders the live frontend form in a dialog (save first — preview shows saved state):
- General — name, title, subtitle
- Services — which services, in what order, with stops, hourly range, and carry-on limits
- Field order — reorder step-1 fields per service, show/hide optional fields
- Labels — rename every text on the form
- Style — brand color and button text
- Settings — login, notifications, coupon, visibility, and confirmation behavior
What the customer sees
Three steps: Trip Details (service, route on a live Google map, date/time, passengers), Vehicle (your fleet with photos, capacity, and live prices — or "price by quote"), and Review and Confirm (trip summary, extras, gratuity, coupon, payment). Pricing is always recalculated server-side at submission, so a tampered page can't change the total.
