Booking Form / Booking Forms

Settings tab

Login, notifications, coupon, element visibility, and confirmation.

Toggles

  • Require login — only signed-in customers can submit; guests are asked to sign in first
  • Send notifications — emails/SMS fire on booking creation (which ones is controlled under Settings → Notifications)
  • Coupon code field — show or hide the coupon input on the review step

Element visibility

Three elements each have four display modes — Desktop and mobile, Desktop only, Mobile only, Hide everywhere:

  • Route map — the live Google map next to step 1
  • Header — the form's title and subtitle
  • Progress steps — the Trip Details → Vehicle → Review indicator

Hiding the map on mobile is a popular choice for tight layouts.

Confirmation

What happens after the customer books:

  • Same page — an inline thank-you screen replaces the form
  • Thank You page — redirect to the plugin's auto-created, branded /thank-you page (booking number and email carried along)
  • Redirect to a page — pick any published page of yours; booking number and email are appended to the URL so your page can personalize
