Notifications
Admin, driver, and customer notification switches and timing.
Three sub-tabs: Admin, Driver, Customer. The email content itself is edited under Email Templates; this tab controls whether and when each one sends.
Admin
- Alert on every new booking — emails the admin team on each submission
- Admin email(s) — comma-separated list; defaults to the WordPress admin email
- Daily summary email — a scheduled run sheet of today's pickups, with a Send at hour (site local time)
Driver
- Drivers are always emailed when a trip is first assigned
- Send drivers a trip reminder email — an extra reminder before pickup, with Hours before pickup (default 4)
Customer
Six switches: Booking confirmation, Pickup reminder, Driver assigned, Cancellation notice, Payment receipt, Status updates — plus Reminder hours before pickup (default 24).
Reminders fire from an hourly schedule, so they arrive within the hour once inside the window.
