General

• Currency — searchable picker with 56 currencies. Every price on the form, invoices, and reports uses it.
• Date format and Time format — PHP format strings (e.g. F j, Y and g:i a)
• Booking number prefix — e.g. ORB- produces ORB-000001. Changing it later only affects new bookings.
• Quotation number prefix — same idea for quotes (e.g. QOT-)
• Brand color — the accent color the booking form and portals use

Timezone

Read-only display of your WordPress timezone and the current site local time. Bookings are timestamped in this timezone; pickup date/time are stored exactly as entered. Change the timezone in WordPress → Settings → General — not here — so everything on the site agrees.

Frontend Admin Portal

Enable frontend admin portal auto-creates a dedicated page that renders the full admin UI on your site's frontend, with no theme header/footer. That's where Owners and Dispatchers work (they're kept out of wp-admin). The portal URL is shown here once created.

Disabling asks for confirmation and removes the auto-created page — staff then can't sign in until it's re-enabled.
