SMS
SMS provider credentials, triggers, and test delivery.
Provider
Pick Twilio, Vonage, or TextLocal — the credential fields switch to match:
- Twilio — Account SID, Auth token, From number (E.164 format, e.g. +15551234567)
- Vonage — API key, API secret, From
- TextLocal — API key, Sender
Triggers
Which events send an SMS:
- On booking creation (customer)
- On confirmation (customer)
- On driver assignment (customer + driver)
- Pickup reminder (customer)
Quote offers can also go by SMS from the quote screen.
Test delivery
Enter a phone number and Send Test SMS. Save the provider settings first — the test uses stored credentials.
