Team (Owners & Dispatchers)
Staff accounts: full-access owners and permission-scoped dispatchers.
Ride Booking → Team manages the humans behind the operation, in two rosters: Dispatchers (operational staff with granular permissions) and Owners (full access). Use the tabs at the top to switch.
The two roles
- Owners — everything an administrator can do inside the plugin, without being a WordPress admin. For business partners and general managers.
- Dispatchers — day-to-day staff. You decide, area by area, what each dispatcher can see and change; the plugin enforces it on every screen and every API call.
Nobody touches wp-admin
Both roles are kept out of the WordPress backend entirely. When an owner or dispatcher signs in, they're redirected to the frontend admin portal — the same admin app you use, rendered with their permissions applied. Your WordPress dashboard stays clean; your staff get a purpose-built interface with nothing they shouldn't click.
Accounts are created from this page (name, email, password or emailed set-password link), can be paused, and can be deleted without touching the underlying WordPress user list.
