Adding & editing vehicles

Add Vehicle (or Edit on any row) opens a four-tab editor. One save button covers all tabs.

General

• Vehicle Name — what customers see on the form (required)
• Type — free text: Sedan, SUV, Van, Limo…
• Description — shown in the vehicle's info popup on the booking form
• Vehicle Image — picked from the WordPress media library; appears on the form's vehicle cards and the admin list

Specs

Make, model, year, color, license plate, VIN — plus Tabs Expiration and Inspection Expiration dates, which drive the red warnings on the vehicles list.

Capacity

• Passengers and Luggage — the booking form only offers this vehicle when the customer's party fits, and admin editing clamps to these numbers
• Child Seats available and the per-seat price — chosen seats are added to the fare automatically

Status & quote mode

• Active — inactive vehicles disappear from the booking form but keep their history
• Quote on request (on the Pricing tab) — hides automatic pricing entirely; customers submit a quote request and you reply with a price. Perfect for stretch limos and specialty vehicles
