Saved Settlements & Run Sheet

The archive

View Settlements (top of the Settlement page) lists every saved settlement: number, driver, date range, report type, net pay, and when it was created. Search finds them by number or driver; deleting one asks for confirmation and cannot be undone.

Saved settlements are immutable snapshots — the trips, adjustments, and math are frozen at save time. Re-running the same range later (say, after editing a booking) produces a new settlement rather than silently changing history. That's what makes an old sheet safe to show a driver months later.

The run sheet

Open a settlement to see the printable Driver Settlement sheet — your company header, the driver's name and ETR transponder, the date range, and every trip with its booking number, pickup time, service, payment method, and which bucket the money landed in:

Below the trips, the Adjustments panel lists each deduction and addition as signed amounts, and the Totals panel walks to the final figure — Driver Collected, Company Collected, Gross Total, and the highlighted Net Payable. Your notes print at the bottom.

Getting it to the driver

• Download Settlement — generates a PDF of the sheet, named after the settlement number.
• Print Run Sheet — a print-optimized layout for the clipboard-and-cash crowd.
• Email Settlement — the panel below the sheet, prefilled with the driver's email and an editable subject and message; the PDF goes along as an attachment. Sent mail shows up in the Email Log like everything else.

Worked example

The screenshot's STL-000031: six trips — three cash (driver kept CA$480) and three Stripe (company collected CA$585, gross CA$1,065). Deductions: ETR 407 CA$45, cash advance CA$100, rent CA$250, 10% commission on the company-collected CA$585 = CA$58.50, parking CA$20; one addition, engine oil CA$35; minus the CA$480 already in the driver's pocket. Net payable: CA$146.50. Every line of that is on the sheet.
