Configuration / Customer, Driver & Agent Portals

Agent Portal

Corporate self-service: roster, booking, invoices, history.

What a corporate agent — the hotel front desk, the travel agency — sees at /portal:

The account bar

Always visible up top: company name, payment terms, discount, outstanding balance, available credit, and passenger count — the agent always knows where the account stands against its limit.

The tabs

  • Passengers — the agent manages their own roster: add, edit, remove riders with contact details. No calls to you to "add Mr. Girard to our list."
  • Book a ride — your booking form embedded with a passenger picker; the agent books on behalf of any roster passenger and the corporate discount applies automatically.
  • Invoices — the account's invoices, including the consolidated ones you generate, with status and totals.
  • History — every ride attributed to the account.

Why it matters

Corporate clients generate volume precisely when booking is frictionless for them. The agent portal moves roster upkeep, booking, and invoice lookups to self-service, while every ride still lands in your Bookings pipeline, attributed to the account for consolidated billing.

Setup

Create the login from the corporate account's About this agent tab (Create login emails a set-password link). The agent signs in at /portal like everyone else.
