Bookings & Dispatch / Draft Bookings

Draft details & recovery

The draft detail page, follow-up email, and one-click conversion.

Open any draft to see everything captured — and act on it.

Contact & progress

Status badge, name, email (click to mail), phone (click to call), "Reached step X of 3", which booking form they used, when they started, and their last activity. Converted drafts show "Converted to Booking #N" with a link.

What they filled

Every trip field the visitor completed, and only those: service, pickup and drop-off addresses, date and time, passengers, luggage, hours, flight number, distance, payment choice. A step-3 draft is often a complete trip missing only the final click.

Capture meta

Guest or logged-in account, the page they booked from (with URL), device · OS · browser, and IP address — useful for spotting repeat visitors and debugging form issues.

Winning the booking back

Two header buttons do the recovery work:

  • Send Email — opens a pre-written follow-up ("We noticed you started a booking…") addressed to the captured email. Edit anything before sending; it goes out through your SMTP with your email branding and is recorded in the Email Log.
  • Create booking from draft — jumps to Manual entry with the whole trip prefilled: addresses, date and time, passenger counts, payment method, contact details. Price it, click create, and the draft is automatically marked Converted and linked to the booking.

If the visitor finishes on their own later, the same link-up happens automatically — no double bookings, and your conversion rate updates.
