Booking details
Every card on the booking detail page.
Click any booking to open its detail page.
Customer details & Status
Who booked (with a separate Passenger block when the rider differs from the account holder — corporate bookings, "book for someone else"), contact info, booking number, plus the current booking status, payment status, and payment method.
Trip details & price
- Route timeline — pickup and drop-off with a visual connector; a Return trip box appears for linked return legs with the reversed route
- Trip chips — service, hours (hourly trips), passengers, luggage, carry-on bags, child seats, airline + flight number (airport trips), distance
- Price breakdown — base fare with the effective per-km/per-hour rate shown under it, child-seat inclusion, stops & waiting, extras, discount, subtotal, tax (with derived %), fuel and card surcharges, airport fee, tip — and the total with "via {payment method}"
Driver assignment
Vehicle and driver for the trip, with Assign / Reassign driver. Assignment can notify the driver and the customer.
Driver Pay
Record what this trip pays the driver: payroll hours × hourly rate (wages compute live), flat wage, tips, reimbursements — plus a Paid / Not Paid toggle. These amounts feed Settlement.
On cash (Pay to Driver) trips the card locks itself with an explanation: the driver collected the full fare in person, so it counts as "Driver Collected" on settlement instead.
Trip meta
The forensic block: booked by whom (staff / customer account / guest checkout), which form, from which page (with URL), device, browser, IP address, created time, and timezone.
Actions
- Confirm — moves Pending → Confirmed (creates the Due invoice)
- Change Status — any status; Completed requires a driver
- Record Payment — log a payment (defaults to the booking total); disabled once paid
- Resend Email — re-send the confirmation
- Cancel — with a destructive-action confirm
