Bookings → New Booking opens a hub with two tabs:
Booking form (default)
Embeds your live customer booking form right in the admin — pricing, extras, coupons, and confirmation emails behave exactly as they do for a customer. Best when you're taking a booking over the phone and want the same guarantees the website gives. See Booking form.
Manual entry
A fast, single-page admin form with automatic routing and pricing — built for dispatchers who know the trip details and want it entered in thirty seconds. Also the path for corporate bookings and for converting drafts. See Manual entry.
Opening New Booking from a corporate account, a roster passenger, or a draft jumps straight into Manual entry with everything prefilled.
