Booking form
Book through the live customer form, optionally for an existing customer.
The Booking form tab of New Booking embeds your real frontend form.
Controls
- Booking form — pick which of your active forms to use (multi-form setups: pick the right city/service form)
- Passenger — New passenger starts blank; Existing customer adds a customer picker
- Customer — searchable by name or email; selecting one prefills the form's passenger step with their name, email, and phone
Why book this way
Everything behaves exactly like the website: live map and route pricing, vehicle availability by capacity, extras, gratuity, coupons, payment options, and the same confirmation emails. Nothing to double-check afterwards.
Handy links
Reset form restarts the embedded form; Open in new tab runs the same session full-screen.
When the booking lands you get a toast with the booking number and jump straight to its detail page. If the customer picked a price-on-request vehicle, a quote request is created instead (see Quotes).
